bbPress one click install added to hosting control panels!

We're pleased to announce that we're now offering one-click installs of WordPress developers' forum software, bbPress. bbPress enjoys many similar customisation elements to WordPress so you can develop and install themes and plugins (e.g. for ratings, video and private forums) to customise your forums. Furthermore, bbPress can be integrated with WordPress so users signing up to your message boards can also be users on your blog without having to register separately.

Protect Your Domain name details from only £10 a year!

  • As a domain name owner you are required to provide contact information so that other Internet users can contact you if needed. This information is often referred to as the WHOIS information. Unfortunately this information is regularly used to send unsolicited emails (spam) or could be used by competitors or other third parties to find out your address and contact information.


    The good news is that we are able to protect this information for you using our domain name privacy product. For just £10.00 per year we will protect your real identity in the domain WHOIS databases by providing generic contact information using our domain name identity-secured.com. So rather than your address, your phone number and your name being displayed all they see is identity-secured.com.


    You can order Domain Privacy on any .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz or .name domain name.

To order this for an existing domainname, log into your control panel and click on the Order add-ons button. If you do not have an account and are ordering for the first time, the Domain Privacy option will be presented to you during the setup stage.

Manage your hosting on the move with your iPhone

We have now launched our Customer Control Panel and eXtend Control Panel for the iPhone and Android powered phones.

Using your iPhone you can manage your domain names, manage all your web hosting accounts (using 'eXtend for the iPhone'), view the system status updates, view your invoices and go to the normal control panel. To access this, using your Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or Android phone go to http://controlpanel.hostingni.com and log in.

.eu Domain Name Registration Now Avalible

Registrants must be located within the EU An organisation or company must: Have its registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the Community. Be an organisation established within the Community without prejudice to the application of national law. An individual must be a natural person resident within the Community.
